What kind of paper should your box be made of? The right choice depends on more than what’s inside and how much it weighs. Consider how the box will be handled at your facility and your customer’s, plus storage and transportation conditions. Choosing the right material helps protect your product every step of the way. Need help finding the best fit? Let’s talk!

What is being packed? Is it a fragile item that requires extra cushioning, or a heavy product that needs reinforced support? How far is it going? Is it traveling across town or across the globe, and what kind of environmental conditions will it face along the way? Are the boxes being stacked? Will they be piled high on a pallet or stored in a compact space, and how will they be handled during transit? These questions and more factor into our design process, as we consider every detail to ensure that our packaging solutions meet the unique needs of each product. From the materials we use to the structure of the box itself, we're dedicated to providing the strongest, most economical solution for packaging needs, so that our customers can have confidence that their products will arrive safely and securely.

The easy answer is to simply provide the customer with the exact box size they've requested, but by taking the time to ask a few more questions, we can ensure their product arrives safely at its final destination. We may be able to save the customer a significant amount of money by modifying the box size or producing it with a different paper grade that meets their specific needs. Perhaps resizing the box could also lead to substantial savings on shipping costs, which can add up quickly. By having a little more information than just a size, we can better understand the customer's requirements and provide a tailored solution that meets their unique needs. This attention to detail is what sets us apart and allows us to deliver more than just a box. We're not just working hard, we're working smart. We're not just asking questions, we're seeking solutions. We're not just creating boxes, we're creating a better experience for our customers.
