Stitches n' Blooms Stitches n' Blooms is a locally owned business in Alpena, Michigan. Opened in 1985 by Karen Gruschke Our slogan is "You name it, we can frame it!"

We offer a full service custom matting and framing department, as well as a full line of needlework supplies including, thousands of patterns, fabrics, fibers, and embelishments. We also offer a complete finishing department for pillows, bell poles, stockings etc. On top of all that we carry a wide variety of european beads and charms, which are similar to Pandora/Troll beads. Most importantly though we offer professional, friendly, and helpful service.
