Hello everyone, you know I was reflecting on my own journey called life and it has not always been easy. Sometimes I use to question God about each challenge to the point I had to ask myself "Do you or do you not trust Him?" And as I had to ponder on that question, I also reflected on some of the difficult times and realized that though they were bad look at the person I am today, and the journey has become less frightful. because you know that fear is FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL. My faith in Him has helped me to decrease in my anxieties of the unknown because I have seen Him bring me through the other side victoriously. And if He has done it time and time again, I know He will do it again, so don't be so hard on yourself today. He's Got You!

Hello everyone and how are you? Feeling check today. 🙂 I pray that no matter what you are experiencing today happy or not happy, life is too short to focus on any negativity that we may be encountering or not. For those of you that your day is going well, that is great, for those of us whose days are not going so great what I am finding in my life is that focusing on others sometimes helps me to get through whatever that is I may be facing. And for those of us who believes in God remember Christ came to serve not to be served. Let's do our part in this world while we still have breath in our bodies. Have a wonderful, blessed day today.

Hello everyone. I pray your week is going well. I know every day there is always something to do whether it is for your job, kids, husband, school and even your own agenda that you have planned. You fill in the blanks for what today is for you. But what I would like for you to do is to find some time to just be still and embrace your surroundings without your thoughts being the driving force for what you see or hear. Inhale......... and then slowly.......... exhale. Empty out your mind so that you can find yourself in a restful place. Do this for me please. We all need to stop being so busy and distracted.

Hello you guys and how are you today? You know I was thinking about how our world is turning the page and placing emphasis on success and division. When it should be about loving one another to life. And united one another. Does success on its own bring success, or does it bring stress, because it is easier for some to become successful than others, which puts pressure on those that have to crawl for a minute before they walk. So my question is what do you have in your possession that you could share with someone that may have an impact on their lives in order to make their lives a little easier. Such as wise counsel, wise knowledge, information. How can you make a difference when someone is dividing? What do we need to do to stop the division and make a difference. How is your heart being felt today?
