Today is a sad day, but the future remains bright...
Over the last 5 years serving the great people of Alpharetta has been both a pleasure and a privilege. Your patronage and loyalty to the WaterCloud brand has been invaluable, and we’ve grown not only as a company but as individuals. We sincerely appreciate you and your unwavering support.
It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you that we will be closing the store effective immediately. We’ve explored many avenues of keeping it open, but the right path isn’t always an easy one. Rising expenses on our particular property and uncertainty in the industry have finally taken their toll on our ability to operate the store.
We’ve bore witness to remarkable success stories and we’re proud to have been a part of your journey to quit smoking. I encourage you to not let misinformation impede your search of the truth. V***r products remain a viable alternative to to***co smoking. This we are certain. It’s important that you continue to fight for your right to choose.
Although the Old Milton Parkway location will be closing, we will continue to operate shopwatercloud.com. As a result, we’ll be able to use our resources to offer better pricing, a better product selection in the coming months, as well as better shipping options. In order to take care of your immediate needs, we have a local shipping facility we are working with in preparation for online orders. If you’re local and order before 3pm, this will ensure that most of your orders will arrive the very next day. Although we will make every effort to operate seamlessly, please bear with us during this transition period.
