Happy Sunday โค๏ธ๐
Iโm not going to lieโฆlast week was rough.
Iโm not sure if it was going back to work at school, being overwhelmed with store responsibilities, still recovering from major surgery, or just the busyness of life in generalโฆbut by the end of the week, I was worn down physically and emotionally.
Greg and I had the opportunity to have a night out by ourselves last evening, and I think I spent half of it complaining. ๐คฆโโ๏ธ Not exactly the way to enjoy a much-needed evening together!
But this morning, I woke up with a different perspective and was remindedโฆ
There is joy in the morning. ๐โค๏ธ
Life gets busy. We worry about work, bills, our kids, what needs done tomorrow, and a hundred other things.
And if Iโm being truthful, sometimes I get so caught up worrying about whatโs next that I forget to stop and thank God for what He has already done.
God has been so good to us.
Running a small business isnโt always easy. There are good days, hard days, and plenty of days when you simply have to trust that God has a plan even when you canโt see it.
But through it all, He continues to provide.
Iโm thankful for my family.
Iโm thankful for our little store.
Iโm thankful for this community.
And Iโm thankful for every person God has placed in our lives along the way. โค๏ธ
Just a reminder to myselfโand maybe to someone else who had a rough week too:
God is still good.
God is still faithful.
And God is still in control. ๐
Today is a new day.
Whatโs one thing youโre thanking God for this morning?
Iโd truly love to hear it. โค๏ธ
Have a blessed Sunday, friends. ๐
