We’re heading to Round Top, Texas! 🌾

Join us on Wednesday, October 28th, for a special evening supporting the FEED Foundation at Katie Kime’s ranch. We’ll gather under the Texas fall sky in support of our mission to end childhood hunger and malnutrition, one meal at a time.

To celebrate, we’ve partnered with Texas-based designer Katie Kime to create a limited-edition tote featuring her signature Round Top toile print. Each tote provides 5 meals locally in Texas through the Central Texas Food Bank.

Tickets are available through the link in our bio. We hope to see you there!

Celebrated annually on October 16, World Food Day brings us together to raise awareness about hunger and the importance of ensuring everyone, especially children, have access to nutritious food. This year’s theme, “Innovate Today. Nourish Tomorrow.”, reminds us of the power of coming together to create a future without hunger.

At FEED, we believe every child deserves access to nutritious food and the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. Together, we can make a difference, one meal at a time. 🌱🌎

Yesterday the FEED Foundation gathered friends and advocates to discuss the current state of our food system and how ultra processed foods are harming our kids and what we can do about it! Appropriately the gathering was co-hosted by my amazing friend and powerful force for healthy eating Sabrina Rudin at her Spring Cafe Aspen the most delicious and sustainable cafe around! Of all the crazy issues that seem to be swirling at a fever pitch right now, the underlying health of our children and of future generations seems paramount. It is not political and it can be fixed.

Thank goodness Eat Real Certified , an organization that FEED has supported, was present to discuss the problems and what they are doing to create real and lasting change for over 1 million students in the U.S. and counting. Their Founder Nora LaTorre explained their unique approach to help school districts transform their meal programs to serve real, nourishing food. On top of that, their advocacy work has helped pass 3 bills, affecting 30M students. We could not love Eat Real more and are proud to be on this journey of change with them!

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported yesterday and let’s all keep this important conversation and work going! Our kids deserve better!
