When we planted our first flower field in 2020, we never imagined how much joy it would bring. At the time, we were the only you-pick flower field in the valley, and watching families, friends, volunteers, and flower lovers wander the rows became something truly special.
The field also became part of the purpose and legacy of our beloved daughter, Deserae Turner. It gave us a place to share her story, share the beauty of flowers, teach life lessons, and give back to the community in ways that mattered deeply to our family.
Since then, flower stands and you-pick flower fields have blossomed all across the valley — at least nine others by last summer alone — beauty and local blooms are now so easy to find and enjoy.
Because of drought conditions, water concerns, and simply the season of life we are in right now, our field will only be growing a limited amount of late summer and fall flowers.
At this time, the field will no longer be open to the general public. However, if the flowers grow, we will still gladly welcome church groups and similar gatherings during late summer and fall.
Thank you for loving this little flower field over the years. The memories made here will always mean so much to us. 🌻
