To celebrate Good Neighbor Day we want to highlight some organizations that do amazing work to better our community. Go give them a follow and get involved!

SJNA - San Jacinto Neighborhood Advocates work directly with the city for revitalization projects in the San Jacinto Neighborhood and offer a community space to provide resources, education, and events. They are passionate about the neighborhood we call home!

AATAG - Amarillo Area Transgender Advocacy Group helps to create a safe space for our trans and LGBTQIA+ communities and provide resources such as their regular food distribution at the SJNA community center!

Amarillo Street Medics is a nurse-led, volunteer-based collective providing frontline first aid, supply distribution and health education to anyone in need—meeting people where they are with compassion, solidarity, and a commitment to health justice. They believe that everyone deserves care without bias or barriers.

Square Mile Community Development along with The PLACE serve the Texas Panhandle through education, urban farms, and their PATH program - providing free, individualized coaching that helps small business owners launch, grow, and thrive. They support refugees, grow fresh food, and help neighbors launch businesses!

PFLAG Amarillo - PFLAG creates a caring, just, and affirming world for LGBTQ+ people and those who love them by organizing and promoting community events. This brings people together to not only find much needed resources, but also to find much needed fellowship.

💥 Happy National Comic Book Day! Celebrate with 20% off all comic books all day!

Comic books have changed the world by using visual art mixed with counter-culture as a global language that influences modern media, questions authority, and reflects social change. It’s more than just stunning illustrations and amazing storytelling, but that’s fun too 😉

🔦 We’ll hide several small ghosts around the shop. Armed with a flashlight and determination you’ll hunt these adorable apparitions for your chance to win prizes and discounts!

🖤 We’ll have our best creepy playlist on along with snacks & drinks to keep you fueled for your quest.
