💜🩵In September we remember everyone we lost and everyone that made it out of those dark times, you all matter. Maybe it’s just me or maybe everyone has also noticed, but it feels like I’ve seen more stories, more reports, and more posts about people taking their own lives since the month began.

That’s a scary reminder that awareness alone isn’t enough. We can’t just talk about prevention… we have to live it. That means checking in on the people around us, paying attention to the shifts in their words, their energy, and their silence. Sometimes the signs aren’t loud… they’re hidden in a “I’m fine” or a “don’t worry about me.”

And most importantly… we have to turn back to God. Because while community matters, true healing, strength, and peace only come when we lean on Him.

✨ Please: don’t ignore the heaviness in your own spirit or someone else’s. Speak life. Pray over your loved ones. And remind someone today that they matter, because your words might be the thing that keeps them here. 🙌🏼😩
