So earlier this year I made a significant investment and upgraded my laser to this beauty…an RF 60w CO2 machine weigh easily 1000 pounds, and which can cut and engrave roughly 6 times faster than my old one.
I used it for about three weeks and then it just… broke. I’ve tried to troubleshoot it but I’m not exactly great with a multimeter so it’s just been a very expensive table for the last five months and a source of endless frustration to me.
But thanks to a friend who spent some time this weekend helping me troubleshoot it, the lights are on, the laser is firing, and it’s back up and running! And a replacement fan is on its way to replace the naughty one which was causing all of the issues apparently. I could not be more grateful.
So for the first time since April, tomorrow I get to re-familiarize myself with my favorite toy, and I’m THRILLED. Be prepared for incoming wood projects which have been on hold since then!
