This is one of our favorite summer dishes! 🍅🥒🍤

Fresh, colorful, easy…and SO good on a warm day. I made a big bowl because it’s always better the second day! 😋

Have you ever made shrimp & crab ceviche? ❤️

Here’s our recipe:
2 med size cucumbers
4 med size tomatoes & a handful of pear tomatoes for color
1 to 2 jalapenos
1 bunch of cilantro
1 Ib crab meat fresh or imitation,
2 lbs shrimp
2 Tablespoons of finely ground Himalayan salt
2 limes….juice only

You may need more salt and lime I go by taste. Depending on how hot the jalapeños are you may need to take the seeds out...if they're not hot I leave the seeds in. Enjoy!
