Dry weather has finally arrived, and I have fresh stocks of peanut and pecan brittles at the Amory Regional Museum gift shop! Very limited supplies for now, but I'll be making more on dry, sunny days throughout fall and winter. Git'chu some!

We had a fantastic first-day response at the Amory Regional Museum gift shop, and sold out the initial supply — thank you to everyone who bought some! I've just dropped off another dozen bags, mostly pecan and cashew brittle, so get yours while the supply lasts.

Meanwhile, everyone who's made brittle knows the weather has to be right — I'll be making more as soon we get some dry days with low humidity. Stay tuned!
