- Clients have 24 hours from the time the package is delivered to report damage via our messenger or company email. Please enter CLAIMS/DAMAGE along with a photo of your damaged product for our team to review.
- Claim reviews do not guarantee a credit or replacement.
- Final decisions will be up to the Equine Temptations Customer Service Team. If a replacement is granted, customer may endure additional shipping fees.
