You came, you swapped, and every single figure in the box is different now. That's exactly how this is supposed to work.

One of you walked in two figures short of a complete set — and walked out with both of them. Somebody else's spares were exactly what they needed. That's the whole idea.

been collecting, you already know the problem: restocks are unpredictable.

So we set up a trade box at the shop. No charge, no purchase, no catch.

Bring a duplicate you don't want, swap it for one from our trade box.
