This is where the box beam comes together.

With each reclaimed wood panel already shaped and prepared, our craftsmen focus on the final details of assembly. The edges are carefully brought together to create a seamless look, allowing the finished box beam to carry the appearance and character of a solid reclaimed timber.

Every floor tells a different story, and every finish helps tell it.

In our finish room, each board receives a custom finish selected to match the vision of the project. Working closely with our clients, Gustavo develops and refines the color until it reflects the look they have imagined.

Once approved, the flooring passes through our finishing line, where an even coat is applied across every board. From there, each piece is carefully inspected by hand before moving to the next stage, ensuring the color, consistency, and natural beauty of the wood remain the focus.

From milling and custom finishing to the final inspection, every step takes place in our Anaheim facility.

Preparing wide plank European white oak flooring.

As each plank moves through production, the grooves are carefully added and every board is inspected before moving to the next stage. This process helps ensure the flooring fits together properly during installation while preserving the natural grain and character that make European white oak such a timeless choice.

From the first cut to the final inspection, every step takes place in our Anaheim facility, allowing each board to be carefully reviewed before it reaches the job site.

Real reclaimed wood has a story that can’t be recreated.

Each wall panel is crafted from reclaimed barn wood dating back to the late 1800s and early 1900s. Years of weather, changing seasons, and everyday use have left behind the texture, saw marks, nail holes, and natural patina that make every panel one of a kind.

To make installation easier, each panel comes preassembled with reclaimed wood securely attached to a durable mesh backing. Instead of installing individual boards one by one, each section is ready to be fastened directly to the wall, making it easier to bring the warmth and character of reclaimed wood into any space.

Every reclaimed beam begins with possibility.

After being carefully denailed and cleaned, this timber is ready for its next chapter. The character shaped by decades of use remains, while the wood is prepared for whatever comes next.

A single beam like this may become reclaimed flooring, a hand hewn box beam, custom architectural millwork, or another one-of-a-kind piece. Every project begins with the same respect for the material and the story it already carries.

Every floor has a journey.

Long before a board reaches the finish room, it has already passed through countless steps. From reclaiming and milling the wood to shaping, sanding, and preparing each plank, every stage takes place under one roof.

Here, Gustavo is applying a water based finish that brings out the natural character of the wood while helping protect it for years to come. With years of experience, he works closely with each project to achieve the look and feel our clients envision for their space.

From the first step to the final coat of finish, every floor is guided through the process by the hands of the people who craft it.

The beauty of walnut is easy to see.

Rich color, flowing grain, and natural variation give walnut flooring a warmth that feels both timeless and inviting. No two boards are exactly alike, allowing each floor to develop its own unique appearance.

Beneath the walnut surface is an engineered plywood core designed for strength and stability. By bonding the walnut to a plywood foundation, the floor is better able to handle seasonal changes in temperature and humidity while helping reduce the movement that naturally occurs in solid wood.

The result is a floor that showcases the beauty of real walnut while providing a strong and reliable foundation for everyday living.

Miguel making final adjustments before the next run of reclaimed wood flooring.

At this stage, the joint is being carefully cut into each board to ensure a proper fit during installation. Even the smallest adjustment matters.

Before reaching this point, each board has already gone through a long process. Hidden nails and metal are removed, the wood is milled and prepared, and the character of the reclaimed lumber is preserved every step of the way.

Here, the joint is being added along the length of the board. The next step is adding the same joint to the ends, allowing each piece to fit together throughout the floor.

From the first nail removed to the final milling process, every step takes place in-house.

A beam like this changes a room.

Crafted from resawn white oak, this custom box beam measures just shy of 30 feet in length. The resawn texture brings out the natural grain and character of the oak, giving the beam the look and feel of a timber that has always belonged in the space.

One of the things we love most about resawn oak is that it doesn’t try too hard. It feels natural. The texture catches light differently throughout the day, adding warmth, depth, and character that smooth surfaces simply can’t replicate.

Built to look like a single solid beam, this piece is now ready for its next chapter.

Every reclaimed beam is carefully inspected by hand, with every nail and hidden piece of metal removed to preserve the integrity of the wood before the craftsmanship begins. Once restored, these centuries old beams can be transformed into custom box beams and mantels.
