I took my 8 year old nephew Wyatt out today for his first trip on the bay. He is absolutely hooked. We started fishing around daybreak and he had a 22” redfish in the box within the first few casts. He caught numerous rat reds and finally got the hang of catching the dink trout. I had to make him leave at 12:30 because I was worn out, lol. This is what it’s all about. Take a kid fishing!

My first Judge’s tournament didn’t turn out the way we wanted but lots of fish were caught and some fun was had. Enjoyed fishing with Jimbo Silvia and his son Fletcher. The fishing is about to get really good, go get em.

I had a request from a coworker for an Ohio State Buckeye logo crankbait. As much as I hated to I made one, but of course I also had to make something better to go along with it. 😁😁😁

I’ll be adding team logo crankbaits to the website soon. Be on the lookout for your favorite team.

Put my padna Jason Schoppe on a few today. He caught his new PB trout at 24 1/2”, caught his first redfish sight casting and had a Texas Slam to finish the day. We started the morning wading a few spots and only had one undersized trout in a few hours of fishing. So we went on a mission and finally found a few over scattered shell in about 4’ of water. Great time on the water!!!
