"A Winemaker's Wine Project"
Handcrafted, Exclusive, Award-Winning Wines
Limited Production. Napa Valley.
Need we say more?
Iconice Winemaker, Mitch Cosentino, is a world-renown winemaker and innovator, paving the way for others in the winemaking world.
With unparalleled access to coveted vineyard sites throughout Northern California, he is dreaming up future releases that will be a delight to his private, wine allocation members and winemaking peers across the globe.
While mentoring the next generation of iconic winemakers, Mitch takes time to stop and smell the roses whether that be in the barrel room or on the golf course.
Mitch focuses on the creation of wines with the perfect balance, character, depth, and varietal content. Wines that are true to what they are and enjoyed by a wide range of enthusiasts.
Classic wines are not like many being produced today - wines that have been manipulated.
There isn't a laboratory involved in what Mitch does with the pureCru wine brand - for him it is an artistic endeavor.
pureCru CFM, Napa Valley
50% Cabernet Franc 50% Merlot
Barrel aged in French Oak for over 38 months.
Notes of sage, clove and berries up front.
Further in the mouth, the clove mingles with pomegranate, currants and a hint of sweet spice for a well-balanced wine with Right Bank Bordeaux complexity.
Full bodied and bright with a long finish.
Less than 200 cases produced.
pureCru Sangio Vetta, California
75% Sangiovese 9% Cabernet Franc 8% Petit Verdot 8% Petite Sirah
Evoking the structure of youthful Brunello with the polish of a Super Tuscan, the wine opens with vibrant cherry, rhubarb and clove.
Layers of plum and warm spice follow, carried by ripe, well-integrated tannins and a long, poised finish.
Crafted for longevity.
J. McClelland Cellars Petit Verdot, Napa
100% Petit Verdot
Aged in French oak barrels for 40 months.
Deeply concentrated with a very dark ruby hue.
Aromatics include black currants,
a very Bordeaux-like lead pencil and a black rose perfume.
The multi-layered flavor profile includes dense currants in the middle of the palate and a pleasant hint of minerality that sneaks into the finish.
The body and structure can be summarized as mountainside ruggedness with proper balance and ripe tannins.
This youthful wine can be enjoyed for many years.
Only 3 barrels, with 73 cases produced.
pureCru Rosato Di Sangio, Lodi
This dry rosé was crafted in the Old-World style with Sangiovese
from the highly acclaimed Mohr-Fry vineyard in Lodi.
Showing brightness, balance, fresh acidity and floral, fruity notes.
The perfect wine to be enjoyed by all!
Pair with Roasted turkey, ham or your summertime picnics!
pureCru Purety White Meritage, Napa
60% Semillon 40% Sauvignon Blanc
Referred to as a “red wine drinkers, white”
Both the Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc are barrel fermented separately.
Intriguing aromas of honeyed herb tea with spice, minerals and melon, accented with a trace of salinity, notes of quince, clove and white fig.
Add to that the complexity, depth and texture that comes from the extended barrel aging WITHOUT woody, oaky or toasty elements.
Designed to age.
Very versatile with foods of many styles!
These wines all range from $30-50+ value, each!
