Chain is back!

It has been a while since we have been able to offer a really good selection of chain, and we are so excited to finally change that!

We just brought in a whole new assortment of chain in a variety of styles, sizes, and finishes, ready for necklaces, bracelets, charms, layered designs, and whatever else you can dream up.

Even better, you can now purchase chain in half-foot increments after the first foot, making it easier to get just the amount you need for your project.

Come by and check out the new selection. There is a lot to choose from and we cannot wait to see what you make with it!

Holiday Closure - July 4th

Alaska Bead Company will be closed on Saturday, July 4th, so our staff can enjoy the holiday weekend with their family and friends.

We'll be back to our regular hours on Monday and look forward to seeing you then!

Exciting News!

I am so excited to announce that we can officially market our Austrian crystals for what they are...... Swarovski. You heard that right. We have (and have had) Swarovski crystals in store.

We will also continue to carry Previosa crystals, but any of our crystals currently marked as "Austrian" are in fact Swarovski.

We’re excited to welcome everyone back starting Monday, May 11th! 💜

Over the past week, Alaska Bead Company has been getting a fresh new look with updated flooring, reorganized spaces, and exciting changes throughout the store. We can’t wait for you to see it!

Along with the refresh, we’ll also be featuring:
✨ New ceramic beads (see photo)
✨ Special surprises and giveaways with Spin-the-Wheel (one week only)
✨ Sian Ashcraft jewelry and items for sale (proceeds to benefit ovarian cancer research)
✨ Mystery grab bags for sale
✨ A more open and welcoming classroom/community space
✨ And more!

Thank you all for your patience, encouragement, and support during the closure week. This store has always been about creativity and community, and we’re excited for this next chapter with all of you.
