Join us this Friday night at 7:30pm for a trumpet clinic with Dallas Brass trumpet players Brian Neal and Luis Cardenas during their tour to Alaska! If you bring your instrument there may be opportunities to play and receive feedback.

Also be sure not to miss their performance the next day at West High School at 4pm featuring the combined bands of West, Service, and South High Schools and the UAA Wind Ensemble!

Congratulations Andrew Kagerer (trumpet) the 2025 Young Alaskan Artist! Kagerer was born and raised in Anchorage and is a 2017 graduate of South Anchorage High School. He received his Bachelor of Music in trumpet performance from the University of Montana and will enter graduate school this fall at the University of Denver Lamont School of Music, where he will pursue a Master’s degree in trumpet performance.
