Dear Friends and Fans,
We at Wood Crafted Furniture want to extend our heartfelt thanks for your business, support, encouragement, and referrals. Daily we experienced great joy in bringing our customers good quality furniture, finishing products,and decor. As most of you know this is a business that requires at least 2 people at all times to operate. Jim has become quite ill with extreme hip and joint problems related to an accident he suffered several years ago. Facing an uncertain future as to his ability to be involved in a business that requires a full 6 days a week operations with the other day spent catching up makes it difficult at best to continue with our plan to reopen the store and start the next phase of our business. We have made the difficult decision to close the store permanently. There are so many people to express our gratitude to that it is hard to know where to begin. Many of you were repeat buyers and most of you sent other customers our way. Several local furniture and home furnishing stores sent customers to Wood Crafted Furniture when they thought we could provide the needed items. Much of our success can also be attributed to very good local advertising assistance and having some wonderful retail neighbors who often sent customers our way. This week we expect together to finish the staining process of 3 more custom jobs and to pick up our last order from Whitewood Industries. Sandi is actively seeking full time employment and would LOVE to stay in the home furnishings industry! Wish Jim luck and good health over the next few months.
