This is what fun work looks like! We spent the evening with the excellent folks over at plotting out our chocolate and wine pairing game plan for the upcoming Wine in the Woods event at the on July 16. (And oh boy we’re excited for the lineup we have in store for you all!!) We did the event last year and had a blast, and can’t wait to join in the fun again. Hey hey, chocolate friends! We are so excited to be back at the South Anchorage Famers Market this Saturday. We have a new flavor drop — lemon square coconut milk chocolate with candied lemon and shortbread crumbles — plus a whole bunch of fan faves (we’re looking at you, 🍌 cream pie peeps!). All that pretty painting in the chocolatory was to make way for this big addition to our chocolate world - a roaster!! And a huge upgrade from our days of (im)patiently roasting one kilogram of cocoa beans at a time. We’ve lovingly dubbed her Baby Beluga! 🐳 Exciting stuff! And in other exciting news, .ak and are all stocked up for the weekend, and the Spring Makers Market is right around the corner on April 18!
