🍂I've sourced some Alabama grown pumpkins for our upcoming fall workshops and for porch decorating!!

🍂I'll be emailing details for both next week but I'd like to gauge INTEREST on porch decorating services to determine how many pumpkins are needed! Let me know! 🎃🎃

If you’re new around here, welcome to The Daylily Cottage! 🌿And if you’ve been here for a while…you may have noticed that things have changed a little over the past couple of years.

The Daylily Cottage has grown and evolved, and today I’m primarily a studio-based wedding and event floral designer specializing in flowers that feel thoughtful, garden-inspired, & romantic.

So, what exactly does that mean?

🌿 Weddings
I offer both full-service and a la carte wedding florals, from bridal bouquets and personals to ceremony installations, reception flowers, statement pieces, and all the beautiful details in between.

🌿 Events
I create florals for bridal showers, luncheons, dinner parties, corporate & business events, galas, & celebrations of all kinds. And yes, I’m available to travel for events!

🌿 Seasonal Experiences
I still love teaching and creating, which is why I offer seasonal floral workshops.

🌿 Holiday Decorating
I also take on a select number of holiday clients for those who want their homes to feel extra special for fall and Christmas.

You may remember when The Daylily Cottage offered Bouquet Club, daily flower deliveries, & more traditional retail floral services. Those chapters were wonderful, but over time I realized that my heart—and my creativity—were leading me somewhere different.

There is no retail storefront open to the public. Instead, my studio is where I design, create, dream, and prepare flowers for my clients.

And one thing that hasn't changed?

I still believe flowers should feel like YOU.

I love getting to know my clients, understanding their style & personality, and creating something that feels intentional rather than simply pulling something together. I want to know what you love, how you envision your day, and then turn those ideas into flowers that make you proud.

So if you're planning a wedding, hosting an event, planning a special celebration, dreaming about a seasonal workshop, or wanting your home transformed for the holidays…I'd love to create something beautiful for you.

I've been asked about fall floral workshops and I want to know what time you'd like. Saturday brunch? Saturday afternoon? A weeknight? Let me know! Will be getting my calendar finalized soon and will release dates.

The Bridal Party:
The ones that stand beside you because they've BEEN beside you.

For this South Alabama wedding, we did a colorful, full bouquet for the bride and fun and fresh white ones for the bridesmaids. Each bridesmaid bouquet was tied with a draping ribbon to match their dress.

I have some fall 2026 and spring 2027 availability so message me to see if your date is available.

This bridal bouquet is ALMOST as pretty as the bride. Actually, I don't think anything can hold a candle to this June bride! 🤩

Peonies, garden roses, hydrangeas, astilbe, and ranunculus made this bouquet unforgettable!

Part of the design process for full service weddings! Mood boards, color palettes, floral recipes. These visuals help brides see their wedding come together and make sure we're headed in the right direction stylistically.

This was a recent design for an April 2027 Springdale wedding and I am in love with this Italian-inspired, elegant green and white color palette! Can't wait to implement the design for this couple. ❤️
