Think twice before purchasing a Ta**us Firearm. If you think you may ever need service on one of their fi****ms be ready to spend an hour or more listening to sorry music before speaking to a person. I just got off the phone with Beretta USA, sent them a gun for warranty repair it was received by them on May 10th as of today May 21 they still have not opened the shipment nor logged in the firearm. They told me maybe by the first of next week. Told me it normally takes 7 to 10 working days to log in returns. They had two guys logging in returns but one has been out sick so they are farther behind. Don't know what this says to you but to me it says they are having far too many quality issues.

They like to announce their 500 years in business, another 500 years maybe yes maybe no.
