One of my FAVORITE girls right here!! Morgan Smith and her friend Daniel drove over to see me on Monday. We met back in 2016 and quickly she became someone I thought a lot of. Shes one heck of a KickStart instructor/teacher now. I’m super proud of the young lady she has become. I love her mom and dad too! Great parents!!

Starting on Saturday we will be setup at the Grimes County Fairgrounds during the county youth fair. Our youth continue to be my inspiration and make me want to show up every season. Seeing them grow, get licenses, graduate and all the things in between make my heart happy. We get to be a part of this special week for them so I am so excited.

SEASON 8 and we can’t wait… opens TODAY!! It will be a great day to come get you a cold one. Sheila will be there at noon and I’ll be there shortly after that. The sour candy pouches are made, the homemade cream is made, ice cream cups done, ice filled. We are READY!!! Please feel free to share our post! See you guys in Roans Prairie!!!

Hey hey!!! I dropped and set up Bumblebee (the trailer) on Friday. Soooo excited that we will be gearing up to open up soon. This season we will be blessed once again with having Chesney on staff on weekends. We will also have Sheila joining us. She has been doing events with me but now she will be the SMILING face you see during the week. Karen and Candice are our event backups that we definitely appreciate too. We’ve been blessed with several good events already this year and have many more on the books. 👏🏼👍🏻🙏🏼… I hope you guys are ready to come see us!

Hey everyone… I’ve been getting multiple calls on where our awesome Jose (Chepe’s) is and why he is closed. Sooo to bring calmness to everyone, he went on a quick trip to visit his mom for a week but assures everyone that he will be back next week (18th). He posted it on his trailer but in case you missed it, I posted it for you guys. Thank you all for always supporting his business. We are so fortunate to have him in Roans Prairie.

Thank you to the City of Navasota for allowing Bite My Ice to serve the employees and staff on Tuesday. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing so many of you and receiving such kind words about our shaved ice!! Thank you for serving the citizens of Navasota! You are appreciated!!

Our sweet friend, Joni, with Hillbilly Brew is in Roans Prairie today until noon… Goooooo now to grab a delicious cup of her coffee. She’s in Roans Prairie next to Chepe’s Burritos. You can grab a taco AND coffee. ❤️

This evening Hillbilly Brew will also be at the Roans Prairie Community Center helping me out by serving FREE hot chocolate 5-7pm. She will be also selling her coffee. I TRULY hope you can stop by and support your local community.
