Good morning!!

09/20/2026

I want to give a "Huge" shoutout to all the teams that came out to participate in the last Catfish tournament of the season.

We had some really nice fish brought in and got to see some new faces.

The results are in!!

Jake and Colton Morgan had a great showing with their largest channel weighing in at 19.33lbs.and a total weight of 3 being 40.10lbs. This gained them "Big Fish" pot and 1st place.

Second place was taken by DeWayne Hunter and Alex Magnolia with 3 catfish weighing 29.94lbs.

Third place was Rich Jackson, AJ Fay, and Luke Waide with a weight of 29.74lbs.

The best part was Luke managed to beat his PB three times throughout the evening. Ending with the largest being over 11lbs. Great job, young man!!

There were 2 flatheads caught last evening, but it was the 33.32lb one that was caught by Jon Hepler, with Mark Dietrich, that won the pot. It was Jon's very first catfish ever caught on Pymatuning Lake. Awesome first catch!

Congratulations to everyone and thank you again for coming out!!

Dates for the 2027 season tournaments will be posted shortly.
