Those donation boxes have been patiently waiting, and getting them to Goodwill is definitely on my to-do list this week.

June brought new beginnings, meaningful connections, impactful opportunities, and special time with my kids in between. Learning to find balance in my own life while helping others has truly been a blessing. I can't believe we're already halfway through the year.

I know firsthand how difficult it can be to juggle everything on your own. Whether it's at home, at work, or somewhere in between, there are seasons when it feels like you're carrying the weight of the world and don't have an extra set of hands to help.

As we move into the second half of the year, I hope we all take a moment to reflect on what we want the next six months to look like. What can we let go of? Where can we give ourselves more grace? And when can we ask for help instead of trying to do it all alone?

Remember, support isn't a sign of weakness—it's a tool that helps us thrive.
