Happy Thanksgiving from the Ware family to yours! We pulled this gorgeous 12-lb turkey out of our KitchenAid convection range—less than two hours from oven to table. No more waking up at the crack of dawn like Grandma used to! We simply used the convection setting, no cover needed, and it gave the turkey a perfectly crisp, golden skin while keeping it juicy inside. There was even plenty left over for a rich, delicious gravy.
