Love this tip from

🌟 Spiral in and out of a circle🌀.
1️⃣ In walk, start by riding a 20 meter circle.
2️⃣ Gradually decrease the size of the circle to 10 metres.
3️⃣ Then leg yield back out, gradually increasing the size of the circle again. 4️⃣ Begin in walk and progress to trot once your horse is balanced and soft in the walk.
This exercise encourages your horse to step under and relax from his jaw, through his neck and ribcage and improve engagement and suppleness.
