Announcement from Island Real Estate Vacations

After much consideration, we would like to share that our retail shop, Island Sip & Shop, located at 419 Pine Avenue in Anna Maria, will be closing as we shift our full focus back to our core business - vacation rentals and real estate services.

Since opening last summer, this venture has been an exciting new chapter for our company. We are incredibly grateful for the support, encouragement, and enthusiasm shown by our guests, customers, and the Anna Maria Island community. It has truly meant so much to us to be part of the vibrant Pine Avenue experience. Jodi (Owner) and Tiffany (Manager) want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who came in and enjoyed Island Sip & Shop. This has been a labor of love for them and were the visionaries and creators of this adorable retail space. We couldn't have done this venture without them. No worries, you will see these ladies plenty on island as Jodi Nichols is our CEO and Co-Owner of Island Real Estate Vacations and Tiffany Miles, who has been with us for over 6 years, will be our Director of Marketing. More to come on this... We also want to thank Larry Chatt (Owner) for this amazing opportunity and trust in our team.

As we move forward, we are looking ahead with great anticipation to the reopening of our office on Marina Drive, where we have proudly served the island for over 50 years. We remain committed to providing exceptional service in vacation rentals and real estate, and we’re excited to continue welcoming guests and homeowners alike.

🧉🌺 On a more positive note about the retail space on Pine Ave, we are pleased to share that AMI Coconuts will be continuing what was started at Island Sip & Shop and will take over ownership of the shop this week. *Larry Chatt owns the building. Please see their page for opening dates. We wish them every success and know they will be a wonderful addition to the Anna Maria-Pine Avenue community.
