RIP Dolly Parton (1946-2026)

In honor of an effervescent and charitable life well lived from Dolly I’ll be donating $1,000 to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library that provides free books to children 5 and below.

From Dolly about her Imagination Library:

"When I was growing up in the hills of East Tennessee, I knew my dreams would come true. I know there are children in your community with their own dreams. They dream of becoming a doctor or an inventor or a minister. Who knows, maybe there is a little girl whose dream is to be a writer and singer.

Funkadelic “Maggot Brain” listening party in the shop on September 11th at 6pm

Haven’t done a listening party in a bit over here but couldn’t say no to Maggot Brain.
