📣🏡 The City of Anniston would like citizens to know about available home repair through the Minor Home Repair Grant program at the Community Foundation of Northeast Alabama.

ℹ️ This grant will for applications on Monday, Sept. 16, 2024, and it will remain open until Monday, Oct. 21, 2024. Grant applications focus on minor residential property repairs that correct a health or safety hazard and may be up to $2,500. The Grant is online only. ⚠️ Individuals that meet the following requirements are eligible to apply for assistance. All 3 requirements must be met:

1️⃣ Own a home within the Anniston, AL corporate city limits (refer to city map of corporate city limits, link to map: https://tinyurl.com/yc24rb8a); AND
2️⃣ Are either over 60, or mentally or physically disabled, or low income; AND
3️⃣ Application must be for residential property that you own and occupy as your primary residence.
