This is a project that I am truly excited about. It is custom address signs for homes. I was telling a good friend about my idea, and as good friends will do, he told me an idea to make it better. He told me to make a part of the sign with the ability to change the image. Brilliant! You could change for different holidays, seasons, the ideas are endless. Here is my first prototype. I've already made changes that I will share. Built with stained glass, cement, and 3d printing. I have included several pictures of my process. I am still making more for my family and friends who have to endure my prototyping phase. More of the same coolness to follow.

Each one comes out a little different — that’s the beauty of working with cement. Strong, simple, and made to last.

First Home, First Sign
I had the honor of creating this custom house number sign for a couple buying their very first home.

The top is stained cedar, V-carved with the first letter of their last name and the year they became homeowners.
The background is rich purple stained glass — their favorite color.
The numbers are printed in durable white ASA, built to last.

It was a joy to make, and even more meaningful knowing it will hang proudly at their new home. Congratulations to the new homeowners!

New Butterfly Design
I’ve been working on a prototype that combines different materials to create a durable but beautiful butterfly for outdoor display.
Wings & wing tips: stained glass
Body (thorax): ASA (UV-resistant + impact strong)
Antennae: copper wire
Mounting: PVC plate on the back or inserts in the wings for hanging with chain/rope

This butterfly is perfect for a flower garden or hanging from a porch. Just a first prototype — more colors and designs to come soon! The Color combinations are endless.

Been working on something new, and I’m excited to finally share it!
These hats feature custom multi-color printed patches made from ASA (super durable + UV-resistant). Each one is sewn on by hand with heavy waxed thread after being shaped to the curve of the hat using a jig I designed myself.

Friends have been “torture-testing” them in the elements, and I’ve even left a few outside in the Alabama heat just to see what happens. Happy to report they’re still going strong 💪🔥

A cement casting of the State of Alabama with a stained-glass sun in the center. The center of sun is translucent yellow stained glass. The "sun rays" are another type of yellow stained-glass cast in the face of the stone. It seemed appropriate for this time of year.
