POLICY
• Unless otherwise stated, "ALL" Leis are made to order upon receipt of payment.
• Labor, materials, and shipping (if applicable) costs will be calculated and added to your final invoice.
• Payment in full is required before your order is started and completed. PROCESSING
• NO ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT RECEIPT OF FUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Once you have received an invoice, you will have 48 hours to submit payment to guarantee your due date.
• You may pay by using Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo or Zelle. DELIVERY
• We are located in the Bay Area but can ship anywhere in the U.S.
• Please note we do "NOT" deliver but offer PICK UP at a mutually agreed upon location, OR
• You may have your items shipped to you via USPS flat rate shipping which will be added to your final costs. o All orders are shipped through USPS. If your package is misplaced or stolen, please reach out to USPS, as we
are not responsible for packages once they are shipped.
