Assembling an early date Commemorative Half Dollar set can be a daunting yet rewarding task. Counterfeits abound, and a decent number of the dates in this set are incredibly hard to obtain and extremely expensive. We were recently fortunate enough to acquire eight of the 1920 Maine Commemorative coins, most in AU or better condition. Not an incredibly hard date to acquire, but a lower mintage one for sure in this group of coins. Two of the eight are expiring this weekend in our eBay store, another two are being listed today and tomorrow.

In addition to the ICG slabbed Lincoln Cents mentioned last week, we also have a large number of higher grade ANACS graded Lincoln's expiring at auction in our eBay store starting tomorrow afternoon. There are some nice early dates in this lot, like the ICG slabs, and if time permits before they expire we'll list some of the PCGS and NGC ones as well here.

It's been way too long since we've last posted, but we couldn't pass up this opportunity to post pictures of all of these nice ICG graded Lincoln's given to us on consignment, and now available for auction in our eBay store. As part of our new eBay store offerings today we are listing a short run of Three Cent Nickels from 1868 to 1874. A very short lived denomination, there is still interest for these coins amongst those that specialize in "obsolete currency". Some hard dates to find in this set, none of which we have as part of our listings, unfortunately.
