🌿 Staghorn Wall Art Workshop 🌿

Create a living piece of art you can actually hang on your wall!

Staghorn ferns are unique epiphytic plants, meaning that in nature they grow attached to trees rather than rooted in the ground. Their distinctive fronds eventually develop the antler-like shape that gives the staghorn fern its name, making them one of the most interesting plants to display vertically.

During this hands-on workshop, we will walk you through mounting a live staghorn fern onto a wood board with moss so you can take home your own beautiful piece of living wall art.

We will also go over how to care for your new staghorn, including:

🌿 Light: Bright, indirect light is best.
💧 Watering: Water or soak the moss/root area when it begins to dry, then allow excess water to drain.
💦 Humidity: Staghorns appreciate humidity and good airflow.
🤎 Shield fronds: As the rounded base fronds mature, they may naturally turn brown and papery. Do not remove them—they help protect and support the plant.
🌱 Long-term care: We will show you how to keep your mounted fern healthy as it grows and becomes an even more dramatic piece of wall art.

NEW ARRIVAL: Alocasia ‘Frydek’ Variegata ✨🌿

Okay, plant collectors… this one is GOOD. 😍 Our Variegated Alocasia Frydek has arrived, and no two leaves are alike. Each new leaf is basically a surprise, with patterns ranging from speckled and marbled green to dramatic half-moon and nearly white variegation. 🤍💚

What makes it special?
The white portions of the leaves contain little to no chlorophyll, which creates that incredible contrast—but also makes each plant completely unique!

Quick Care 🌱
☀️ Light: Bright, indirect light. Good light helps maintain the variegation, but avoid harsh direct sun on those white areas.
💧 Water: Water when the top 1–2 inches of soil feel dry. Keep it lightly moist, never soggy.
💦 Humidity: Loves higher humidity—around 60%+ is ideal.
🌡️ Temperature: Keep warm and away from cold drafts.
🪴 Soil: Use a chunky, well-draining aroid mix.

Our shelves are full of beautiful new succulents, from easy-care favorites to eye-catching collector varieties!

🌿 Featured Plants:
• Blue Echeveria (Echeveria spp.) – Stunning powder-blue rosettes that thrive in bright light.
• Black Prince Echeveria (Echeveria ‘Black Prince’) – Deep burgundy to nearly black leaves that become darker in full sun.
• Flapjack Paddle Plant (Kalanchoe luciae) – Large paddle-shaped leaves with vibrant red edges when grown in bright light.
• Variegated Flapjack – A harder-to-find variegated form with creamy yellow, green, and pink tones.
• Lavender Scallops (Kalanchoe fedtschenkoi) – Soft gray-green leaves with scalloped pink edges.
• Christmas Aloe (Aloe ‘Christmas Carol’) – A collectible aloe with dark green leaves, raised red bumps, and brilliant color when stressed by sunlight.
