Glad to finally make this post!

I've known Jay Stratton for a few years now. When we first met, I had no idea about his background. I just knew he was soft-spoken and genuine, the kind of guy you like right away.

Over a few conversations, I started learning bits and pieces. Military. Federal government. Then more.

Jay created the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) and served as the first Director of the UAP Task Force. He's also credited with replacing the term "UFO" with "UAP" to standardize reporting and take some of the stigma out of it.

He helped create, and is featured in, the documentary The Age of Disclosure, which I've recommended to just about everybody who walks through our door.

The past few weeks he's been all over the national news ahead of his book release. I caught his long segment with Bret Baier on Fox News.

I couldn't wait for the books to get to the shop, so I listened to it on Audible in a day and a half. Over the years I'd asked Jay a lot of questions, and he'd always told me to wait for the book, that it would answer most of them.

He was right.

Both the documentary and the book lay out an effort to keep the truth about intelligent non-human life hidden, not just from the public, but from the very people in our government who need to know so they can protect us if that day ever comes.

(Of course, now I have MORE questions. Ha.)

A lot of y'all have been waiting on us to get Out of the Shadows in. We've got five copies at Southern General. Come get one before they're gone.

And I'm going to do my best to twist Jay's arm into a book signing at the shop once his publicity tour wraps up. Stay tuned. πŸ“š

The sign for Fall Fest is going up today on the Downtown billboard. It still has '25 on it for the year, which we will have fixed, hopefully early next week.

The date and times are accurate.
