I had the weekend off...sick. But the employees kept it together, and the place didn't look bad when I got here. I expect to get caught up on everything tomorrow. How's your Monday going?

Mondays and Fridays, we have chili, cornbread, and a salad bar.

We don't do small portions. These potatoes are huge!! Smother one in some homemade chili and cheese, or go the traditional sour cream and butter route. Our salad bar is a romaine lettuce mix, spinach, cucumber, carrots, croutons, tomatoes, cheese, and bacon bits.

We have updated our Meals to- go menu. We see you gearing up for back-to-school and after-school practices, ceremonies, and parties. We are here to make your life a little easier. Home cooking... not fast food. We offer several different serving sizes so everyone can get what they want.

It has been brought to my attention that people miss the chili and the salad bar....would it work if we do it on Mondays and Fridays.....thoughts?
