If you haven’t made it up to the candy shop to check out the Tiny Art Trade right outside, now is the time. Adding these three pieces of artwork as we speak.

So create a piece of artwork less than 4 x 4 inches and take it up to the Tiny Art Trade and swap yours out for someone else’s piece of work.

Can’t wait to see what everyone is creating.

These bookmarks are so fun! If you would like to get your hands on one, all you have to do is create some artwork smaller than 5 x 5. It can be any kind of artwork as long as it’s family friendly.. Then take it down to the Tiny Art Trade cabinet located in the open hallway of The Pink Building, right outside the door of Something Sweet Arcadia. Then trade your artwork for a piece of artwork of your choice. Downtown Arcadia Main Street

If you guys haven’t checked out Pletcher‘s., it is right across the street from Wheelers iArcadia Main Street. It’s a local art gallery sharing the work of local artists. It’s absolutely amazing how many creative people we have here in town.

First items added to the Tiny Art Trade at the candy shop. Bookmarks with watercolor hand-painted smiling plants and cute plant pun sayings. One of them could be yours! Now it’s your turn to create some tiny art to come and trade.

We are introducing something fun for the community. If you are creative, kid, adult, young, old or anything in between….. bring something handmade to trade. Can be anything from painted or drawn art, 3-D modeled or printed, crafty creations, the sky is the limit. Just keep in mind this is a tiny art trade so the item should be no bigger than 5“ x 5“.

We hope you guys make a day of it in downtown Arcadia on Saturday. There are so many fun things to do. Arcadia Main Street has a lot of great things planned and The Pink Building alone is packed with all kinds of opportunities for fun. Be sure to stop in the candy shop grab some fresh cotton candy, and fresh popcorn anytime during the day or before the parade. We will be serving it all day long.
