I didn’t intend to take Labor Day off but I woke up with a tickle in my throat. So I’m going to take that as a sign to REST. Hope y’all are doing the same today. Thursday is my birthday🤞my immune system rallies so I can get back to filling orders and celebrating this week.

Y’all!!! It’s raining today! It feels and smells like fall out there. I’m so ready for spooky vibes 🙌🏼 chocolate caramels on the slab today, orders going out tomorrow ❤️🙏🏼🥰

Caramels are a little softer this time of year. It’s 71* in my kitchen 😳 First roller cutter and then squishing caramel scraps. I always save them for kitchen visitors 🥰 hope y’all are staying cool out there. Happy Sunday

This week was crazy 🤪 major production mode, sent out 2 pallets and tons of online orders. Trying to get to the rest of local deliveries made before I leave town tomorrow. Heading to Trinidad Bay Eatery & Gallery later today with some bulk caramels and bourbon sauce 🔥 happy Friday!
