Very first custom Cutting Board made from exotic hardwoods. Olive wood, Purpleheart, White Maple and Sapele all cut and hand crafted in the shop. Size is 12" x 18" x 1 1/4" thick. This is an Heirloom piece and will last several lifetimes when properly cared for. This piece is NOT for sale as it is #1 of many more to come.

Introducing a new product called "TazBo's Better-Board Butter" wood salve. This treatment is composed entirely of naturally occurring, food safe ingredients right here in our shop in Arkansas City, KS. Here is a sample of dry, unfinished, Walnut slab and on the right, it has been treated with TazBo's Better-Board Butter. There is a clear difference. TazBo's Better-Board Butter permeates the wood fibers, bringing out the natural grains and moisturizes the wood, helping prevent dry cracking and splitting. Our new product is highly recommended for cutting boards and wood exposed to weather. Regular treatment with this will keep the wood alive, vibrant, and lasting virtually forever because it moisturizes and seals against water, food and other liquids. Although this product IS food safe, it is only for application on cutting boards and other fine woods.

These are two samples I made using Black Slate. These drink coasters are 4" square. The one on the left is a satin finish, the one on the right a natural matte finish. I've received a batch of 4" round slate also, and will be making samples on some of those to show. I can do and sell any design, as long as it isn't trademarked or copyrighted. All samples of coasters and woodwork I do will also be posted to the FB page "Tazbos Creations", which will be the primary landing page for these as well as upcoming woodwork. Coasters are going for $18.00 a set of 4. Like I said, I can do any design you provide or I can create one. The imprint is permanent and won't wash off. Thanks for looking !
