NEW SHOP POLICIES
Hours – Business hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. These are online-only hours; there are no physical store hours at this time. If you comment, email, message, or text outside of these hours, your message will be answered on the next business day.
Design Fee – A $15 design fee now applies to all custom orders. If you place a shirt order, the design fee will be credited toward your total. If you choose not to order, the fee covers the time spent creating your design.
Ordering & Communication – Orders should be placed via Facebook Messenger to the Grafted Branch Co. business page, by commenting on a post, or by emailing [email protected]. I do not accept phone orders. If you place an order in person, I will ask you to follow up in writing via message to ensure accuracy. This helps protect both you and me from any miscommunication.

Invoices – Invoices must be paid within 48 hours or the order will be canceled.
For those using Yahoo email addresses: Please add [email protected] to your safe senders list to ensure you receive your invoice.
Turnaround Time – Our typical turnaround time is 5–7 business days. If you need your order sooner, message me to ask if a rush is possible. If it is, a $5 rush fee will apply.
Please avoid checking on your order if it’s still within the turnaround window.
Stopping by in Person – I encourage you to stop by the store! Due to my current schedule, I can’t maintain regular store hours—but I’d love to open the shop for you. Just send a message with a few times that work for you, and we’ll make it happen!
