All of our items are made to order, must be paid in full before work will begin and are non refundable. Items must be picked up within two weeks of completion notice. Any items not picked up with in two weeks will incur a storage fee of $5 per day which must be paid upon pickup. After one month of no pickup it will be assumed that you no longer wish to pick up your item and it will be available for resale.
