Tonight for dinner I made Mac and cheese but I wanted to put a little kick to it. I pulled out the smoked Gouda that I picked up from The Cheese LADY. OMG!!! If you have not tried her cheese you are missing out!!!

This cheese took my Mac and cheese to a WHOLE different level!!

You guys must check her out she has all different types of smoked cheeses!!
