New Home Theater

Turned an existing bedroom, closet and hallway into a beautiful home theater.

Specs:

Room: WindsorOne Classical Craftsman southern pine moldings. Authentic reproductions. All walls and ceiling double 5/8" sound absorbing drywall with Green Glue sandwich. Screen wall is a double wall with 2" space isolation between them.

New Home Theater in Action

A total transformation of a home pantry.

It was a dreary 4' x 7' space with cheap builder white wire shelving.

By taking some wasted space from an unused closet and the powder room bath, we were able to greatly increase the usable space, more than doubling the square footage.

By adding custom white shaker cabinets with Quartz countertops and a glass hexagon backsplash we were able to add some serious pizazz, while matching the existing kitchen.

And by creating custom built Baltic Birch ply shelving in our workshop, with adjustable shelves, and storage for wine, plastic bags, seasonings and everything else, we were able to turn this pantry into a serious workhorse for the modern family.

A lighting project using a 6' long 6" x 6" old worm eaten barn timber and vintage lighting components to create a chandelier for our dining room.

This is a guest book and announcement for a wedding that were created from windows that came from a very old barn that was salvaged in central Oregon.

A large humidor, made from a combination of wood including black walnut, with the interior and drawers all made from Spanish Cedar.

Table made from cherry and other woods salvaged from the Ward House in Seattle.

The Ward house was one of the earliest homes built in Seattle, and this table, along with a matching fireplace mantle are made from some beautiful cherry salvaged when the house was moved.

The table is approximately 6' x 36", with a satin waterproof finish. It is for sale for $450.
