I couldn't be happier about my experience with Bobblehouse. The product itself is amazing! The Fenway green ballhouse is truly a one-of-a-kind display that looks like a real MLB clubhouse. I knew it was the one I wanted as soon as I saw it online, but when it arrived I was blown away by the impeccable quality and craftsmanship of the product itself. What was most impressive, however, was Brad the owner's communication, care, and attention to detail when processing my order. I had very specific childhood memorabilia items that needed to be displayed in a certain way inside the ballhouse. Brad worked with me to understand my vision, promptly responding to my emails (which were several) and asking follow up questions to make sure he knew exactly what I wanted. He even customized two stands for the ballhouse, all at no extra cost! The result is even better than I imagined!
