Recent sessions making interesting projects. Sewists from Opportunity Builders, Inc. made wristlet key fobs and elementary students made zipper pouches. Plus I got to work with 2 wonderful families of young sewists making their own book sleeves.

We figured out how to make a lined zipper pouch so someone can assemble a needlepoint clutch on her own. She said needlepoint is all the rage now (imagine that!!). But finishing takes forever and is outrageously expensive.

Allow me to brag a little . . a bestie asked me to make a second wrap skirt for her out of this beautiful crepe de chine and linen fabric that was leftover. Had to do it in 4 panels which was SIGNIFICANTLY harder than the original đŸ˜„ Really enjoyed the challenge of it.
