Theriaults had a big doll house auction this past weekend. Florence wrote a great article for Antique Doll Collector Magazine that was informative about the facination a lot of us have for collecting. Several of our houses that were sold in the past were resold at the auction. Watching it was bittersweet, a lot of them were favs we had parted with & I wouldn't have minded having back. Like old friends but nice to see again. So many friends we've made through this great hobby. The history involved in the pieces, to find the unnusual & great condition of them. And we really miss those who've passed on like Lucy, Jackie, & Evelyn who were a part of our lives for so long. So many great stories.
