1. Spaces are available on a first come, first choose basis.
2. No one is allowed on the property earlier than 3:00am.
3. This is an all day market. We do have many afternoon shoppers.
4. No setting up of items will be allowed in the parking lot. You will be required to rent a table on the field. Selling out of your vehicles will be the same price as setting up at a table.
5. Please have the correct rent amount ready when it is time to pay. Giving change is not our responsibility.
6. Absolutely no overnight set-ups or reserved spaces.
7. Awnings are welcomed to be used, but must be disassembled nightly.
8. Table set-ups are to stay as found. PLEASE do not move tables. Tables must be rented as set-up.
9. Only one umbrella bracket is provided per table set-up. PLEASE do not use trees to display your items.
10. All items limited to table area. Limited amount allowed behind tables. Nothing is allowed in the aisles.
11. Folding tables will be charged a daily rate per foot.
12. Signs showing items for sale are limited to no larger than 4”x6”, and no more than one per table.
13. Dealers are required to clean their areas before leaving for the day. (Rakes and Brooms are available upon request). NO ITEMS ARE TO BE LEFT BEHIND INCLUDING EMPTY BOXES. ALL UNSOLD ITEMS ARE TO BE TAKEN WITH YOU. TRASH CANS AT THE CAFE’ ARE FOR CAFE’ CUSTOMERS ONLY. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM FOR DISPOSAL OF YOUR PAPER OR BROKEN GOODS.
14. Pets are allowed as long as they are friendly & quiet. No barking & dogs must be leashed at all times.
15. We do have chairs available for your use at no charge. PLEASE return them at the end of the day.
16. Shirts & shoes are to be worn at all times.
17. Restrooms are available 24 hours. These bathrooms are a privilege. Please treat them with respect.
18. Management reserves the right to limit or refuse certain items for sale in the market.
19. Management reserves the right to update or change said rules without notice.

Hello friends!

We are happy to announce that the Swap Meet will be opening June 1st!

Subject to Phase 2 guidelines, we are running at a limited capacity and will only be able to have 50 customers on the field at a time.

Can't wait to see everyone!

Good morning everyone. I own and operate Arundel Swap Meet on the corner of Route 1 & Log Cabin Road. Located at the Swap Meet is Tradewinds Cafe', which is a take-out breakfast and lunch Cafe'. With Phase 2 of Governor Mills layout, Tradewinds will now be available for lease June 1st. If anyone is interested, or knows someone who might be, please call 283-2395.
