A few announcements for this week:
- Monday we’ll be closing at 3pm so we can attend the 5th Annual Team O’Brien Golf Outing in support of rare cancer research which is drastically underfunded. My cousin Brennan battled adrenocortic cancer in 2015 and lost his life 8 months after his diagnosis at 30 years old. This event directly supports those on the front lines fighting rare cancers to promote better patient outcomes.
- Wednesday we’ll be closed so we can attend the NJIT Green annual sustainability fair. Come shop, chat about internship opportunities for students, and win prizes. We are so honored to be involved!
I put together this basket to be a part of the annual fundraiser as a raffle prize. All donations directly benefit the Adrenal Neoplasia program within the Rogel Cancer Center steered by Dr. Gary Hammer, who my cousin believed deeply in. The goal is to advance rare cancer research and improve patient outcomes. More info can be found here: teamobrien.org

We will also be closed Wednesday so we can attend the annual Sustainabiliy Fair at NJIT. We were invited to attend by their Office of Sustainability after we crossed paths at CRAN Jam hosted by CRAN.
We love any event where we can chat about sustainability and we’re excited to meet the next generation of people thinking hard about it too. If you’re an NJIT student, come find us at our table. We’d love to chat!
