haus of hózhó Welcome to haus of hózhó! endawnis spears yinishyé! From Mankiller to Malcolm! Gaga to Gizhiig! Alexie to Albright! Yucca Fruit Clan to Wu Tang Clan! Whew.

Together with my husband, Cassius Spears Jr., we design and make with our very own paws, wearable iconography. Through our art we want to decorate the ears of the world with the images of our cultural heroes set against re-imagined and re-contextualized North American traditional patterns. Ok, endawnis, let’s not get too worked up. We believe that our Navajo, Ojibwe, Choctaw, Chickasaw and Narragansett people are beautiful. We hope you take a piece of that beauty with you in the form of our bright, Indian pop-art pieces!
